Job Summary
Floweret Realtech Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, and assisting them in property buying decisions. The role requires strong communication skills, especially fluency in English, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, online platforms, and references.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
Conduct property presentations and explain project details to clients.
Arrange site visits and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
