JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER
Company: Chhabra Properties
Profile: Telecaller – Industrial Properties

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients and property owners over calls to collect inventory related to industrial properties.

  • Gather complete details of available industrial properties, including location, area, rent/price, availability and other relevant information.

  • Collect and maintain accurate property inventory data in Excel or company records.

  • Follow up with property owners and clients to get updated inventory details.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular communication.

  • Share collected property details with the concerned team.

  • Ensure proper data management and regular updates of industrial property inventory.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

  • Confident in making calls and communicating with clients.

  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
