We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property site visits, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, social media, and references.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
