Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will help clients buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties, guide them through market options, and drive revenue growth for the firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new clients via cold/outbound calling, digital leads, referrals, and networking.

  • Client Consultation: Understand buyer/seller needs, budgets, and investment goals.

  • Property Tours: Conduct on-site property visits, open houses, and local market demos.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and offers between parties to close deals.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Track leads, update client status, and maintain documentation accurately in CRM tools.

  • Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and property handovers.
