Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property site visits, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
Negotiate terms and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
