Job Description

We are looking for a confident, presentable and energetic Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.

The role will primarily involve office-based sales work, with occasional field visits for property meetings, site visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and customer queries related to real estate properties.

- Understand and explain Pan-India real estate and auction property opportunities to clients.

- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Coordinate property visits and client meetings.

- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

- Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, builders and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field visits.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Smart, confident and professionally presentable personality.

- Pleasant personality with a strong professional impression.

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable with both office work and occasional field visits.

- Strong interest in sales and real estate.

- Willingness to learn about Pan-India real estate markets and auction properties.

- Target-oriented and passionate about achieving the best possible sales performance.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM will be an advantage.
