Job Description

Position Requirements:

  • Role: Telecaller – Real Estate

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telecalling, specifically in the real estate sector

  • Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory

  • Salary, based on experience and fit

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and clients generated through various marketing channels.

  2. Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and answer initial queries.

  3. Schedule site visits and ensure follow-up until the visit is completed.

  4. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, call status, and follow-up remarks.

  5. Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and feedback.

  6. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

  7. Ensure professional and courteous communication to enhance brand image.

  8. Gather feedback from customers and report concerns or objections to the sales or marketing team.

  9. Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately.

  10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and performance.
