Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects.

  • Provide complete project information to customers.

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls and online platforms.

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

  • Maintain lead data and daily call reports.
