Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about projects, pricing, floor plans, and amenities.

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data, lead status, and follow-ups.

• Schedule site visits, coordinate with sales managers, and ensure seamless customer handover.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp until conversion or closure.

• Provide project-related information and build strong rapport with potential buyers.

• Support marketing campaigns by engaging with leads from digital and offline channels.

• Prepare basic presales reports (lead funnel, call status, follow-up updates) for management.
