About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inbound & outbound calls and driving customer engagement in our real estate projects. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach and the ability to convert leads into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads, existing clients and referrals to promote real estate projects.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate project details.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
• Maintain follow-ups with customers through calls, WhatsApp and emails to nurture leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Keep records of customer interactions, feedback and transactions using CRM software.
• Provide regular updates to management on customer interactions, lead conversion, and sales progress.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales or telecalling (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujrati, English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
