Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with accuracy and care.

• Interior Design Appointments: Identify customer needs and schedule appointments for those interested in interior design consultations.

• Product Knowledge: Understand and explain our services and design solutions clearly.

• CRM & Records: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

• Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups to confirm appointment status and resolution of any issues.

• Feedback Collection: Document customer feedback to help improve our services and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Additional education or certification in customer service, business, or design is a plus

• Prior experience in customer support or scheduling roles preferred

• Basic familiarity with CRM software and appointment systems
