Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about available properties and developments.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property demonstrations to prospective buyers.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings, enabling informed discussions with clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach, ensuring a steady

  pipeline of potential buyers.

• Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the unique features

  and benefits of our properties.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up regularly to nurture leads through the sales

  process.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and

  market positioning.

• Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the development and marketing teams to improve offerings

  and strategies.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Proven experience in real estate sales or presales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer needs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
