Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Real Estate preferred).
1-5 years of experience in a pre-sales/tele-calling/customer service role, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminologies is an advantage.
