Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Schedule site visits for interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead handover.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve basic customer queries professionally and promptly.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Personal vehicle (Bike/Scooter) is mandatory.
Must possess a valid driving license and all required vehicle documents.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
2–5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Any Sales, or BPO is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Site visits scheduled.
Site visit completion ratio.
Customer follow-up effectiveness.
Conversion support to the sales team.
CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
