Job Title: Personal Loan Executive (Fresher)
Location: Noida Sector 2,D79 1ST Floor
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
● Assist customers in applying for personal loans.
● Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
● Collect and verify customer documents.
● Maintain customer records and follow up for pending applications.
● Coordinate with the credit and verification team.
● Meet daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the team leader.
● Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Basic knowledge of banking or loan products (training will be provided).
● Target-oriented and self-motivated.
● Computer literacy (MS Excel, Email handling).
● Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification:
● Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
