Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
Explain Personal Loan products, features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation
Identify customer needs and convert leads into loan applications
Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the credit/operations team
Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, RBI guidelines, and call etiquette
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
