Roles and Responsiblities
1.Sales Execution
○ Promote healthcare plans as listed under approved packages.
○ Achieve monthly sales targets as defined in the payout sheet.
○ Handle customer onboarding, verification, and documentation (if applicable).
2. Team Requirements
○ Minimum 5 seats (agents) to start.
○ Agents must have prior sales experience (preferably in healthcare or service-based domains).
○ Agents should be trained on process and compliance standards before project initiation.
3. Reporting & Communication
○ Daily reporting of leads and conversions.
○ Weekly review meetings with campaign manager.
○ Immediate escalation of customer issues or feedback.
4. Performance Monitoring
○ Performance will be measured based on individual and team target achievements.
○ Quality of sales and customer satisfaction will be periodically reviewed
