Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote and explain banking products and services.
Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
Communication: Good verbal communication skills required.
Experience: Freshers, BPO sales, banking sales, and insurance sales candidates are welcome.
Candidates with up to 30 days' notice period can apply.
Salary Details
Freshers: ₹18,000 in-hand per month.
BPO Experience: ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month (last salary up to ₹25,000).
Banking Sales Experience: ₹28,000–₹30,000 per month.
Insurance Experience: ₹28,000–₹32,000 per month (previous salary ₹28,000–₹32,000).
Working Details
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Weekly Off: Sunday and 2nd & 4th Saturday (depending on the process).
Transport Facility: Pick-up and drop available from Thane Station, Borivali Station, Kalyan, and Belapur to the office.
