Job Description

We are looking for a Collection / Outbound Calling / Loan Process Executive to join our team B.P. Securities (India) Pvt.Ltd.. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. We are a growing RBI-registered NBFC operating a Digital Lending Mobile App, providing instant personal loans through a complete online process including application, approval, and disbursement.

💼 Job Responsibilities

🔹 Collections & Recovery (Tele-Calling – No Field Visit)

  • Make outbound calls for overdue payment follow-ups

  • Handle delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans

  • Achieve assigned monthly collection targets

  • Update customer records in CRM system

🔹 Online Loan Process Handling

  • Assist customers in applying through the Digital Lending Mobile App

  • Guide customers in completing online KYC and documentation

  • Coordinate internal approval process

  • Support loan approval and digital disbursement process

  • Provide post-disbursement customer assistance

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months experience in NBFC / Banking / Fintech Collections or Loan Processing

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Target-oriented and disciplined

  • Comfortable with tele-calling and digital systems
