Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer information.
Follow up with interested leads and nurture relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telesales or telecalling is an advantage.
