Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
Introduce and explain company products and services effectively.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
