1. Insurance Sales Process (Bagic)

• Type: Outbound Sales

• Experience: Freshers or minimum 6 months in motor insurance

• Salary: ₹16,000 in-hand

• Week Off: Rotational

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Interview Rounds: HR / Operations / Client

2. Inbound Process (ETLI IB)

• Type: Inbound + Email & Chat Support

• Experience: Freshers or minimum 6 months in any domain

• Salary: ₹15,000 in-hand

• Week Off: Sunday fixed

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Interview Rounds: HR / Operations / Client

3. Renewal & Customer Service Process

• Type: Voice Support

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

• Salary: ₹18,000 in-hand

• Week Off: Rotational

• Shift: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotational)

• Language Requirement: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada

4. HDFC FR Document Verification Process

• Type: Outbound Insurance Verification

• Experience:HSC with 2 years experience

• Graduate with 1–2 years experience

• Salary: ₹17,000 in-hand

• Week Off: Sunday fixed

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
