Online Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales inquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs promptly and professionally.
Share product details (photos, videos, pricing, offers) with customers.
Convert online inquiries into showroom visits or direct sales.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Maintain customer database and inquiry records.
Coordinate with showroom sales team for order fulfilment.
Promote new collections, offers, and campaigns on social media.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
Strong sales and convincing ability.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Basic understanding of jewellery products (gold, diamond, etc.).
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to work on sales targets.

Reply to all customer queries on social media platforms.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Share images/videos and explain product features clearly.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or showroom visits.
➤ Lead Management & Follow-up:
Maintain record of all inquiries and leads.
Follow up regularly via messages or calls.
Build relationships with potential customers.
➤ Product Promotion:
Post and promote jewellery collections regularly.
Share offers, schemes, and festive campaigns.
Assist in creating engaging content for sales.
➤ Order Coordination:
Coordinate with showroom team for order processing.
Provide updates to customers regarding order status and delivery.
➤ Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards daily and monthly online sales targets.
Track performance and improve conversion rate.
➤ Customer Relationship Building:
Maintain polite and professional communication.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Encourage referrals and reviews.
