Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, company website, and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Share product images, fabric details, prices, and availability with potential buyers.
Convert online leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain updated records of online orders, payments, and customer interactions.
Assist in listing new products on e-commerce platforms and keeping existing listings accurate and appealing.
Collaborate with the design or production team for custom orders or specific client requirements.
Handle online customer complaints, returns, or exchange queries professionally.
Suggest ideas to improve digital sales and enhance the customer experience.
