FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Upload and manage product listing on online platforms (eg: website and whatsapp)

·         Respond to customer inquiries through chat, mail and calls

·         Convert online leads into successful sales orders

·         Process online orders and coordinate with delivery

·         Track competitor activity and suggest pricing strategies or promotional plans

·         Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions and complaints

·         Handle returns, cancellations and refund processes when required
