Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

✅ Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

✅ Experience in telesales / B2B / wholesale preferred

✅ Knowledge of IndiaMART & WhatsApp Business tools

✅ Ability to send product catalogs, rate lists & updates

✅ Lead follow-up and conversion skills

✅ Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking

✅ Polite and convincing on phone

✅ Time management for multiple tasks (calls, follow-ups, updates)

✅ Ability to coordinate with the dispatch/purchase team

✅ Trustworthy, punctual & willing to work in Khari Baoli area
