Job Title: Team Leader – Personal Loan
Department: Sales
Location: Office no.1117, 11th floor Vishal Tower, Near Mandir ke pass, Janakpuri West District Center, New Delhi - 110058
Experience: 1–5 Years (Team Handling Experience in Personal Loan Sales & other loan)
Qualification: Graduate & 12th Pass

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
Motivate the team to improve productivity and conversions.
Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.
Maintain MIS reports and submit daily performance updates.
Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong experience in Personal Loan sales.
Team handling and target management experience.
Good knowledge of banking products and loan processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
