Janakpuri West district center location

Your Role

Lead a 5-10 member sales team and drive PL/BL/OD numbers in Janakpuri West.

You'll be the owner of team targets, DSA engagement, and month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: training and monitoring daily performance of AROS & Sales Executives

Target Delivery: Achieve monthly disbursal targets for

Personal Loan and OD

- Lead Handling: Distribute leads, track login to disbursal ratio, reduce TAT

Reporting: Daily MIS, team reviews, coordination with banks & operations

Must Have

1+ years in Loan Sales - PL/OD with channel partners or DSA

- 1+ year team handling experience - 5+ member team

minimum

- Strong market knowledge of Pan India
