Responsibilities: • Liaise with bankers and clients to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing. • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients, sales team, and bankers to track and complete loan formalities. • Coordinate with the loans department and sales team to plan and schedule property registrations. • Manage coordination with stamp vendors, prepare sale deed drafts, handle stamp duty payments, and oversee registration documentation.
