Job Description

We are hiring only experienced professionals for the role of Assistant Acquisition Manager (AAM) in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate should have a strong background in secured lending sales, customer sourcing, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through open market sourcing, connectors, builders, DSAs, and channel partners
Achieve monthly sales targets for Home Loans and LAP products
Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and financial consultants
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing
Ensure proper documentation and login of loan files
Follow up for sanction and disbursement of cases
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP sales
Good knowledge of mortgage products and banking processes
Strong network in the local market preferred
Excellent communication and sales skills
Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or DSAs preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business goals
