📌 Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loan products.
Contact potential customers through calls and explain suitable loan products.
Understand customer requirements and eligibility.
Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customers regarding their application status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Telecalling Sales will be preferred.
