Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Loan Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about loan products, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling.

• Explain various loan products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.) and eligibility criteria clearly and confidently.

• Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.

• Collect and verify customer documentation and ensure timely follow-up.

• Guide customers through the loan application process.

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, etc.) for smooth processing.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
