Job Description

We are looking for a Loan Sales Executive to join our team at Garvit Finance. The role involves generating and converting leads for Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP), understanding customer financial requirements, explaining loan products, collecting and verifying documents, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, updating CRM records, and providing excellent customer service throughout the loan journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a target-driven attitude, and preferably 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, DSA, NBFC, or banking operations.
