Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Personal Loan team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain personal loan products

Generate leads and follow up with interested clients

Maintain customer database and update records regularly

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing

Requirements:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (Freshers can apply)
