📢 Job Opening: Tele Sales Executive (Loan Sales)

📍 Location: Tilak Nagar
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 (In-hand) + Incentive + PF + ESCI

🔎 Job Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive for loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into successful sales over calls.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain loan products such as:
- Personal Loan (PL)
- Auto Loan (AL)
- Credit Card (CC)
- Home Loan (HL)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in telesales / loan sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of loan products (PL, AL, CC, HL preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
