💰 Salary Structure

✅ Sales Telecaller (Loans & Insurance) : Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

✅ Team Leader (Loans & Insurance) : Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Incentives: High-performance incentives & leadership bonuses

🔹 Job Responsibilities – Sales Telecaller

Make outbound calls for loan and insurance products

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🔹 Job Responsibilities – Team Leader

Lead and manage sales teams effectively

Monitor performance and ensure target achievement

Train, guide, and motivate team members

Handle escalations and improve conversion ratios

Prepare performance and MIS reports

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months to 5+ years of relevant experience

Strong communication and convincing skills

Experience in Loans / Insurance sales preferred

Leadership and team management skills (for TL)
