Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate new business loan leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Identify eligible customers for business loans.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Meet potential customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager.
Support and guide junior sales executives when required.
Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions.
Represent the company professionally in the market.
