💼 About the Role

Sai Financial Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers for our Loan & Insurance division.
Your role will include handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining loan/insurance products, generating leads, and assisting customers with documentation.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan / Car Loan / Business Loan / Insurance

• Explain product details clearly & professionally

• Generate leads and follow up regularly

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM

• Assist customers in completing loan application process

• Coordinate with sales & backend team for smooth disbursement

🎯 Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi)

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM entry)

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided
