Job Title: Telecaller - Used Car Loan Process

Need 10 Male & Female

Salary: Rs. 15000/- to 25000 in Hand + Incentives

Salary depends on candidate Skills & Experience Last CTC

Job Time : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Experience : 0 to 2 year in telecalling or customer service preferred.

Qualification: 10th / 12th / UG Any / Graduate]

Job Location : Subhash Chowk, Gurugram, Sector-47

Key Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to customers interested in used car loans.

•Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

•Collect and verify customer information.

•Follow up with customers for document collection and application status.

•Maintain daily call logs and reports.

•Meet daily and monthly targets.

•Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Candidates should have Good knowledge or experience in -Home loan/ Business loan/ Car loan/ Used Car Loans / Cards Process /Property against loan / Personal Loan / Any Laon Calling Experience is Must
