Role & Responsibilities

 Contact our retailers who have pre-approved loan offers, explain the loan details to them, and ensure successful conversions.

 Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.)

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

 Collect and verify customer documents as per loan eligibility

 Maintain follow-up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion

 Update customer information and call records in the CRM system

 Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead generation and conversions

 Coordinate with sales and credit teams for smooth loan processing
