Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain Loan types and various services clearly and effectively.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Answer queries about Loan and assist with further banking and other procedures if required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Good communication skills in English and [local language]. Experience in telecalling or Loan sales is a plus. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of computer and CRM software.
