ROLE SYNOPSIS:As an MANAGER IN TRAINING, you will be involved in various aspects of the business that includes the following activities:
Business to Business (B2B) Marketing INSIDE SALES
TELE interaction with clients
Training new team members
Team Management and Leadership
As this is a role for fresh graduates, each MANAGER IN TRAINEE will be trained on a 1-on-1 basis in every department of our business over a 12- 18 months. Everyone will start at LEVEL 1 and progress into LEVEL 3 Management Position. We are currently hiring 15 MANAGER IN TRAINEE at the ENTRY LEVEL and develop them into MANAGEMENT POSITIONS.
LEVEL-1 - Sales &Marketing (B2B Marketing)
LEVEL -2 - HRM and Team Building
LEVEL-3 - Business Operations
