Position: Telecaller / Business Development Executive – SME Loans
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 18
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads for SME/business loans through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable financing opportunities.
• Schedule meetings for the Sales Manager and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain lead data and coordinate with the sales team for further processing.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and calling targets.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in Telecalling / Business Loan Sales / DSA / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Credit Card & Personal Loan-only experience will not be considered
