Loan Sales

We are looking for a dedicated TELECALLER with expertise in the [FINANCE/ LOANS] sector to join our team at [MONEYMIND FINTECH] in [JAIPUR], located at [NURSERY CIRCLE]. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers [8000-12000] along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce PERSONAL / BUSINESS LOAN and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have [0-6 MONTH] years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in [••regional_lang_label••]. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
