We are looking for a dedicated TELECALLER with expertise in the [FINANCE/ LOANS] sector to join our team at [MONEYMIND FINTECH] in [JAIPUR], located at [NURSERY CIRCLE]. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce PERSONAL / BUSINESS LOAN and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:
