Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist customers throughout the loan application process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on customer leads.
Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.
Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Update customer details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, FinTech, or loan processing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products is preferred.
