Role Overview:
Drive personal loan sales through outbound/inbound calling by converting qualified leads into successful disbursals with a strong focus on productivity and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate personal loan business via outbound & inbound telesales calls
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable loan products
Achieve daily calling, login, and disbursal targets
Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up discipline
Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC processes and TAT
Key Skills:
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Target-oriented with high closure capability
Experience in telesales/personal loan domain preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment
