Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Personal Loan Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales of personal loan products. This role demands a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving set sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation.
Pitch personal loan products to potential customers and guide them through the application process.
Conduct need-based financial assessments to recommend suitable loan solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure a high conversion rate.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all customer applications.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in personal loan or retail loan sales (BFSI sector preferred).
