Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Sales

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10am- 7pm

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced Telecallers to promote loan products, handle customer calls, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for Personal, Business, Home & Mortgage Loans.

• Generate leads and convert them into loan applications.

• Handle inbound queries & follow up for closures.

• Maintain client database & achieve monthly targets.

• Coordinate with sales & operations teams for loan processing.

Requirements

• Male/Female, up to 35 years.

• 6 months–3 years of loan sales / telecalling experience (Bank/NBFC preferred).

• Strong communication & persuasion skills.

• Knowledge of loan products (PL, BL, HL, LAP, Mortgage).

• Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
