IDFC – Sales process

Candidates with banking sales experience (such as BL, LAP, HL, or any loan sales experience) will now be offered ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand salary, depending on their experience and communication skills.

📍 Location: Thane & Juinagar

(🔹 Pick & Drop facility available from Thane Station for Thane location)

🕒 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🎯 Requirement: Excellent Communication Skills

🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

📅 Week Off: 6 week-offs per month

💰 Salary Details:

Graduate Fresher: ₹18,000 (In-Hand)

Experience (1–2 Years): ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 (In-Hand)

Banking Sales Experience (BL/LAP/HL or Loan Sales): ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 (In-Hand)
