We are looking for serious, energetic, and target-driven Female Telecallers for our financial services and loan processing team. This is a complete Work From Home (WFH) role.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling on provided customer data and managing incoming leads.
Following up regularly with prospects for personal and business loans.
Explaining loan options, collecting basic document requirements, and updating daily lead status in tracking sheets.
Mandatory Requirements:
Only female candidates with good communication skills (Hindi).
Must have a personal Smartphone/Laptop and a stable internet connection at home.
Highly disciplined, punctual, and comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred, but freshers with high confidence and hunger to learn can also apply.
Salary & Payout Structure:
Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives (Earn extra based on closures/logins).
